<p>They are walking north on Arashiyama&#8217;s Togetsukyo Bridge after sunset.</p>
<p>I have visited Japan many times, but I&#8217;m still pleasantly surprised when I encounter the occasional circumstance where Japanese persons can be found wearing traditional Japanese clothing.</p>
